Our stunning Penthouse suite is available for private hire and can be transformed into a comfortable and personable space providing the perfect venue for corporate events, meetings, and special occasions. Offering 1,248 sq ft (116 sq m) of accommodation. Hire of the apartment also includes access to our stunning roof terrace which boasts eye-catching panoramic views of Edinburgh’s skyline.
Located in the very heart of Edinburgh, we are a short distance from both the banking center of the city and Edinburgh International Conference Centre.
Day rates are available for small groups of up to 12 people.
Our stunning Penthouse can accommodate up to 8 guests and has three spacious double bedrooms including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two guest bedrooms and a further bathroom. Both bathrooms are beautifully designed, with a separate walk-in shower and bathtub. The lounge features an outdoor balcony where you can relax and unwind with a glass of wine and enjoy the view of the Edinburgh city skyline.
